Our manufacturing facility operates under a quality assurance system compliant with GB/T 19001 / ISO 9001.

Q6 What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is determined by model type:
Standard Models
Low MOQ. Samples from 1 unit; trial orders typically start from 5–10 units depending on frame size.
Customized / OEM Motors
MOQ depends on design complexity and material availability — please contact our sales team for a model-specific evaluation.

Delivery & Shipping
Q7 Can I customize the packaging for my motor order?
Yes. By default, we provide neutral export-grade packaging suitable for international sea and air freight. All wood-based packaging materials comply with ISPM 15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures), ensuring smooth customs clearance in the EU, North America, Australasia, and the Middle East.
Upon request, we also offer custom-branded packaging, including your company logo, product labels, and multilingual manuals. Custom packaging is especially popular with our OEM and private-label distribution partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Q8 Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We support sample orders for evaluation and testing.
- Standard samples are typically ready within 3–7 days.
- Customized motor samples may require longer lead time depending on design and material availability.
Q9 What is your typical lead time for bulk motor orders?
For most bulk orders, our standard lead time is 15–30 days after deposit confirmation.
Selected standard low-voltage motor models are kept in stock in Shenzhen and can ship within 7 days.
Lead times may be extended during peak production seasons or when special raw materials (e.g., rare earth magnets) are required. We strictly follow the delivery schedule agreed in the proforma invoice.
Q10 What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?
We ship globally by air freight, sea freight, and international express courier.
We commonly work under the following Incoterms:
- EXW — Ex Works
- FOB — Free on Board
- CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight
- DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (including import duties and customs clearance)
Our main export port is Shenzhen, China. We also accept mixed orders containing multiple models, which helps distributors reduce inventory pressure and streamline procurement.
Payment & After-Sales
Q11 What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) for standard orders.
For larger order values and project contracts, L/C (Letter of Credit) is available subject to negotiation — this option is popular with EPC contractors, government-backed projects, and buyers in the Middle East and Africa.
For each order, we issue proforma invoices and commercial invoices to support customs clearance and payment processing. Payment terms such as deposit + balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) can be negotiated depending on order size and cooperation history. Contact our sales team for details.
Q12 Will you sign an NDA to protect our designs and drawings?
Yes. Protecting client intellectual property is a priority at Smart IJ Tech.
We are fully willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving your drawings, samples, or technical data. All customer designs and documents are stored securely and only accessed by authorized engineering staff.
Q13 Do you accept factory audits?
Yes. We welcome customer factory audits and third-party inspection visits at our Shenzhen facility. We offer both:
- On-site audits — review production lines, testing equipment, ISO 9001 quality records, and raw material traceability in person
- Live video tours — real-time virtual factory tours for overseas clients who cannot travel to China

Q14 What warranty and after-sales service do you provide?
All Smart IJ Tech products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of installation or commissioning, covering manufacturing defects.
